Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II was released today in Japan, and as a last minute announcement, the official Miss Monochrome Twitter stated that Miss Monochrome will appear in the game.
Hyperdimension Neptunia has always included parodies and cameos in its franchise, including anthropomorphized characters representing the companies that worked on the game.
